Our Support Hours
Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (Eastern Time, USA).
In support of excellent customer service, support may be available outside these hours, but response times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Holiday Schedule
We observe the following US holidays, during which our support services will be limited or unavailable:
New Year's Day (January 1)
Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
Presidents' Day (Third Monday in February)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Juneteenth (June 19)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day (Second Monday in October)
Veterans Day (November 11)
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve (December 24) through January 2
Year-End Closure
Our office takes an extended break at the end of the year. We're closed from December 24th through January 2nd (or the next business day if January 2nd falls on a weekend).
